Food Services

Donegal School District Food Service Department serves over 377,000 meals annually at 4 schools with full-service food production kitchens. The District participates in the National School Lunch & Breakfast Programs,  Federally funded programs which makes affordable, nutritious meals possible for today's youth.

2017-2018 FREE & REDUCED MEAL APPLICATION

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**  Donegal will be transitioning to ONLINE applications for the 2017-2018 school year and more information will provided soon.  Hard copies of the application will not be sent home with family packets in August 2017.  Copies of the application will be available from the food service office upon request for those families who do not have access to a computer to complete the online application.

Families who receive a "NOTICE OF DIRECT CERTIFICATION" letter in August 2017 DO NOT have to complete the Free & Reduced Meal Application.  The Notice of Direct Certification letter means that your child(ren) are already approved for free meals for the entire 2017-2018 school year.

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
